I had a faith in Royal crest Appts for their maintanance service and their friendlyness. But all are gone as my imagination. They have lot of rules for themselfs. You may be knowing it one by one after you signed the lease agreement. Also they have $700 to $ 750 bugs for new lease holders for a single bed room appt. but they will charge you $1100 for the same single bed room for old tenants. So see the difference. There is no pleasent experience for old tenants..only for new tenants till they sign the agreement. Also if you forget to pay months rent on 1st of every month you have to pay $50 fine. (Even 1st is a holiday) I feel very poor maintanance. I called maintanance office for the same problem for atleast 15 times. I don't know what they are doing.

Please search some good appartments... These people wouldn't stick with their words. It is glamorous when you see from outside. They have thier own rules for different kind of people. I checked with my friend that he pays $945 for single bedroom, another one pays $1100 for single bedroom I am paying $1300 for two bedroom. see the diffence ...all are rented at the same time with one week difference.
