Unfair to loyal tentant

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
Live here for 4 years. rents increase every year. Now I am paying $1010 every month for a single BR. Have couple friend just move in and pay only $800 to $900 for a 2BR, $740 for 1 BR new refurished units. Try to renew my lease for the same price and management refuse to match the price. This is totally unfair business practice. I felt cheated.
