Well, after reading some of the *racist* reviews, I feel like posting it. I had lived in this apartment for 3 yrs before I bought my house. Just to mention that I am not a *rude/smelly Indian*...neither am I a charming Cacasian. So my review would be less biased I guess.
I agree with lots of concerns that overall service has gone down with AIMCO but it was never outstanding before either. Rents used to increase even then and different prices for different people used to exist too.
I don't intend to speak on someone's behalf but the folks who boldly speak about other ethnic groups should first look into their own shirts and stay away from saying things that may hurt others. To talk in the same lingo e.g. I know many Cacasion who even don't wash hands in men's room. Does that make all the Americans dirty'
If you would look around you would find many Asians having better life-style like they do in the some ratio back in their countries and like here in US. Unfortunately the *smelly* people you see around have well paid jobs and are here bacause you need em . Most of them hold Master's degrees and run your economy. Whether you like it or not, they are tax payers like others and deserve respect.
If you have complaints, resolve em, don't broadcast em.
