This has got to be the quickest sinking development I have ever lived in. I have personally lived here for 9 months, however, my boyfriend has been here for 4 years and I have spent quite a bit of time here during this time.

They are sooo desperate to rent their apartments that they are no longer screening the type of people they are letting move in. The quality of the cleanlieness of the grounds and inside the buildings has declined rapidly in the past year.

They have a major parking problem, not enough spaces for everyone, and so they led everyone to believe that they were taking care of the problem by clearing more ground and making more parking spaces. Instead, they took away spaces, excusing it with a Fire Hazard. If this was such a Fire Hazard then why did it take them so long, since the beginning of its existence, to change the problem.

Taking care of problems between tenants is a majorly neglected. I have had problems with people stealing my mail out of my mail bin and have reported it several times, needless to say it's still a problem.

Maintenance is pretty good, but if you have a major problem it takes them forever, if at all , to come and fix it. They tend to make every excuse in the book why it should not be fixed. For example, the ceilng in my bathroom has leaked at two separate times. Once a year ago, and maintenance came in and painted over the leak. A second time a few months ago, and because the ceiling wasn't falling on their head, they painted over it once again.

The noise is awful...They claim to have the best soundproof walls, bull. I have had to address noise concerns myself with various neighbors,aside from the fact that a particular neighbor lets her children run around the building.

I wouldn't move in here.....There are plenty of better deals with the same location conveinence in Nashua. They act as if they have a stake on the qualification on "The best." WEll, they don't, in fact, they rot.
