Lived here for about a year now. This place is great - $926 for a 1 bedroom with heat and hot water included. There are other places around Nashua with somewhat lower rents but
(a) you will not find any free apartments there
(b) it all costs the same in the end.

If you plan to live in Nashua somewhere other than Royal Crest Estates and are going to be paying for your own heat and hot water figure on $200 for heat and about $50 for hot water. (for a 1 bedroom)

Overall, I really enjoyed this place although I see many people aren't fond of it. These other complaints seem to be just coming from very spoiled people. I think the price is more than reasonable with all the things it includes like a pool, weight room, billiard room if you're into that sort of thing. All of my neighbors were elderly folk so there was no noise. Parking is plentiful - I always had a place to park my car in front of my building and I came home from work around 7pm.

I'd definitely recommend this place.
