I lived there for over 2 years in the same apartment. They were less than honest about rent increases. Nothing like a last minute surprise and you have no choice about possibly moving out. They charge different tenants different rates based on what they can get away with (ever see their rents advertised') (I have documented proof of this).

I am being sued for over $2000 by them, in Nashua court, using their Manchester attorneys, over a fee in their lease.

(Yes, I did pay all my rent. Also to their credit I did get my security deposit returned).

To the "positive" reviews here - just wait till you go through one unpleasant lease renewal paperwork and increase, and also when you try to move! Be careful what you sign, or you'll be getting a summons from their attorneys in Manchester!

They always give plenty of notice when your lease is about to expire - and you know it. Usually a minimum of 60 days, which is more than reasonable. So stop your whining!

We are looking for a new apartment or place to live now, even though we still have 4 months to go on our lease. With a $200 monthly rate increase. We stuck it out that extra year and we've moved once before from RCE. Being a former Realtor from another state, we will do better elsewhare, I know it. Still, it's unfair housing and unfair marketing abuse and that really is too bad, because we like the amenities and location, location, location.
