Too many people in a small area. The apartment we rented smelled from the various food being prepared in the building. 60% of renters in the 900 units were indian or chinese and werent overly friendly. 25% more are senior citizens who the try to cater to the most.Felt very alien as an american there. My wife and I call it "little india" Almost all apartments face parking lots and are noisy all hours of night. Apartments are roomy but absolutly no storage unless you want to pay more. If you have complaints with other tenants like one who always was drunk and screaming at 3 in the morning
, dont count on them doing any more than feeding you a bunch of lines. Many people moved out from 01 to 02 because it is too expensive for what you get. Cockroaches etc,if you cause the slightest damage to the apartment(ie tiny carpet burn, they will charge you hundreds out of your deposit)
I could go on, im being kind, there is many places I think are better in area
