This place has a lot going for it. It is roomy, convenient, quiet (inside) and the grounds are quite well maintained, removing the snow from your car in the winter is a nice touch. But there is also a flip side, All of the building I've been into (3)smell like death when you go in the front door. Maintenence is very quick if the problem is a problem for them. (leaky faucet, running toilet) but shoddy and slow if its not (broken air conditioner, stuck garbage disposal) The indian and chinese population seems drastically out of porportion compared to the rest of the Nashua area. Parking is tough. The office won't seem to sign for any delivery larger than a envelope. Laundry machines are oversubscribed. Its really just the little things but they are aggrevating.
