My husband and I have lived in Royal Crest for 3 years and are just heading into a fourth year. We have been quite happy. The layout is great (2 bedroom) with a large walk in storage closet in the hall and one in the master bedroom.
Noise from our neighbours has not been a problem. We can hear some noise if there is a party but otherwise it seems very quiet. Maintenance has always been very quick to respond, even if you call and only leave a message about a non urgent problem. The only major problem we had was a leaky roof and that was during bad winter. They did their best to repair it quickly.
They do seem to raise their rents a lot every year but that seems to be the trend all over Mass and New Hampshire.
Overall I have been quite happy with our stay there.
