Great place, terrible management. they wanna get every penny out of their tenantss

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
great experience for the first year. great community, friendly neighborhood.
But they will increase the rent unreasonably for the 2nd year. They charged us $100 more than the price they offered the new tenant. We called them and they refused to match the price.
I once dropped the rent before the 1st. (clearly remember I did) But they said they didn't receive it and asked for the late fee !!!!!
When I sighed the lease, it said I should pay $100 more / month if I extended the lease by month. But at the end of my lease, they changed it to $300. They can change the lease whenever and whatever they want. They will only use it to get every penny out of their tenants.
management sucks. terrible experience dealing with them.
