Either Dishonest or Changing Policies at Their Will

Had promised not to increase rent sharp. In 3 years my rent went up more than 30%. You should pay heating not just for your own unit but also for the common use. They charged about $50 in May and $25 in June even I did not use heating during those months. They will send another heating bill for the common use in July'''!!!
