Worst than a college dorm

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2006
 
Not a good place to live anymore. Lots college kids move in. Drinking, yelling, skate broading, smoking every where.

Parking is a total nightmare, cars park on the lawn, walk way, fire lane...

They also charge you heating bill for June and July even the ave temp is around 80 degree..
