I have only lived here for less than a year and already I regret it. It is over-priced and the apartments are not worth it. We are into the summer now, and they are STILL charging people for heat. Is that legal' Apparently RC thinks so. Their need to charge tenants for heat in the dead of summer is not the only problem. Parking, noise, pet policy and management also play a role. My advice to any one wondering if they should move here or not is simple, NO. Unless you want to throw money out the window that you work hard for, I wouldn't recommend this place. I am anxiously awaiting for my lease to be up so I can move on. Looks can be deceiving. Management seems nice and will do what it takes for you to become a tenant, and then once you are, it is as if you don't exist any more.
