Been a resident for 2 months now and except for parking and the smell in the laundry/trash room everything seems ok. Kids love the pool, don t hear the neighbors and everybody seems nice. Wish they had laundry machines in the unit because at 1.25 per load (2.50 to wash and dry) laundry gets expensive. Would be a little better if the washers were a little bigger. Maintenance staff is awesome and have been extremely fast to fix any problems. With parking being such a mess I m wondering what the winter will be like with snow removal

Your paying more at the laundrymatt though. It's at least $3.00 to was and dry.
