Nice first impression, bad thereafter

This apartment complex offers beautiful landscape and good looking buildings. And they have a hardworking maintenance group. Management people had been nice until I signed my first contract. So it was natural that I got a very nice first impression and signed the contract. However, thereafter all the things changed. They were frequently dishonest, rude, arrogant, unfair and indifferent. In my opinion, they are interested only in their short-term profits and don't care the needs of existing tenants. I would never come back not just to this apartment complex but also to any of the AIMCO properties (Royal Crest Estates is just one of them).
