I agree with almost everyone else, when they say that the leasing office staff is not helpful. I felt that at times they were abrasive and pushy. After dealing with too many issues in my apartment/building, I asked about changing apartments. When I asked about a bigger apartment, they told me it would cost a lot more for a "major downgrade"... which doesn't make any sense! They tried convincing me that my apartment was so nice that I'd be a fool to move out... Mind you, the layout resembled a studio minus the bedroom. If I was going to spend $975/mo for a one bedroom apartment, it better damn well be an upgrade! If you need a problem resolved, e-mail the community manager. He is helpful, and will contact maintenance for you. I especially recommend Gary, from Maintenance, because he went above and beyond to fix my biggest problem there.
