Well I've been here for three years, and this is going to be my last. After raising the rent significantly every year and installing new washers and dryers that"save you money by saving you detergent but jack up the prices" I gotta say its not worth the kind of cash I'm shelling out. And I like it here I really do. I have an amazing third floor view of the courtyard from my balcony. I just cant warrant paying this much when i see other places offering two bedroom apartments less than my one bedroom. :(

Also parking... Some resident don't even bother to get a sticker or register their cars in the appropriate state, and they recently built a garage that took up spots that we used to have access to.

Apparently not goof for long term. Good deals catch up. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

First of all look at my username. My username is "workforthem" means work for them (royal crest apartment.) Yes that's right!! If you move in here, you will work your arse off just to pay rents. Yeah may be they keep rents low for the first year contract to make you settle there with all furniture and appliances in your apartment. But wait....next year contract will be way high sometime as they will increase your monthly rent by somewhere from 4% to X% amount and all you do is to extend your contract like a sorry arse. It's because they knows it will be harder for you to move your stuff and find something else, it will be expensive too. If you planning to live here only for a year than yesh well alright. If you're planning to live here more than one year, do not fill your apartment with all furniture and stuff until you get your next year rental contract. If next year rental contract increased by so much amount, get the hell out of here with minimum stuff. No doubt I did not complaint about living enviroments but when people are losing jobs, income, raise, promotion, work hours, savings, and what not but these people wants their X% rent increment every year and it does not really matter if you live here for many years. Chrysler went bankrupt, GM went bankrumpt, many companies went bankrupt and these people raising their rent every year? Do yourself a favor and look around. Some places are even do not want contract and their rents are way lower tan here. RUN FASTTTT FROM HERE.
