I loved it here and do not agree with most of the negative reviews given

Let me begin by saying I loved it here and want to stay, but my company is moving to MA, and so am I as a result.

Whoever wrote bad things about the staff is full of it. All of the leasing agents were extremely helpful, particularly Janelle (she's so awesome). I had to extend my lease by 2 months and she made the process fast and easy. Sometimes when I call the clubhouse, Mark Johnson the property manager has picked up and helped me. He's very friendly and helpful, calling me "sir" and all that.

Maybe other people have had bad rent raising experiences here, but not me. My rent for my first year in my 1 bedroom was 899. The second year (2008) it was 949. Is that a huge increase like people are talking about (200 / 300 bucks more a year)' No.

I have never felt unsafe here. I have walked around the property at night with my girlfriend and never felt uneasy once. Most of the tenants here are families and a lot of retired people. One person said they have loud college kids living around them, but that could happen anywhere. I feel for someone in that situation, but it really could happen anywhere. That is not a valid criteria for telling people not to move somewhere.

The maintenance is also great. Every time I've had a problem, it's been fixed and fixed right in about a day or two. Can't complain about that at all.

People on here are also complaining about all of the ------- living here. I completely agree about most of the negatives given actually. Most of them are friendly, but they do carry a lot of negative baggage. They do leave a lot of items out in the hallways. Since there is usually about at least 5-6 living in apartment (even in a 1 bedroom), there are always shoes in the hallways and baby carriages and toys. And yes, you're not very lucky if you move into an apartment after an Indian family has moved out, because the curry smell does get stuck into the wood, it's the worst in the kitchen, it took me about a month to get the smell out using fans and a dehumidifier. But I would imagine it's the same for most complexes in the area of the 128 technology belt in MA, where most of them work. But it's not as bad as people say (the ------- are "taking over" the complex and "act like they own it"...give me a break).

The other negative I'd give is the "gated entrance". The gate by the supermarket entrance is constantly malfunctioning and or broken down by someone. And the front gate house is useless. You can drive through the resident entrance with no resident or parking sticker. You could drive a bomb into the place if you wanted to. So if you're considering living here, throw the "gated entrances" perk right out the window. It means zilch.

The location can't be beat. You're right by the supermarket, the mall, and most importantly, the Best Buy. Downtown Nashua is also pretty close by, and it's close to the Route 3 / Everett Turnpike ramps.

Hopefully this review helped! Happy apartment hunting!

Wow Bruce, you are most tolerant to all the crap you just mentioned, but no one should have to live like we do here in this hell complex, once you move in, you cant move out without paying the man. Glad you got yo get out without being robbed or stalked, just try being a woman living here, life is so much different. its not safe. period.
