First the good;
*The grounds are decent, there is alot of room to walk around and/or take a run.
*The pools are not great, but they are nice to have.
*Most of the staff that I dealt with were nice and professional.
*Plenty of Parking.
*Conveniant location for shopping, it does mean some traffic, but you are literally minutes from a number of stores. You can walk to the supermarket, barnes & noble and stuff like that.
The bad;
*We had a constant spider problem. We reported this and then people would come and spray, but the problem never seemed to go away. I could find 3-10 spiders a day if I wanted at times.
*We could count on the water not working at least once or twice a month.
*The rubbish rooms are scary. In the summer, if you even pass by the area, hold your breath. I understand that trash smells, but they are right near the laundry room and as such you have to deal with it more than you would like.
*The building I am in smells really bad. I am not blaming anyone in particular, the place just stinks. I do not know what the people are cooking, but it smells like something fierce.
*A number of dirtbags live here. Some people are nice, but there were also a number of real creeps. You know, the type that leer at your wife, look like caveman and give you a dirty look for not dragging your knuckles when you walk. I am not trying to be funny, I am serious, there are a number of people here that are degenerates.
*Noisy kids.

This is a very good review. I agree with all your positives. I would consider using the pool if it wasn't 4 feet deep and infested with kids!
In my case, the bug problem was ladybugs, not spiders. I would usually see ladybugs crawling on my ceiling. I dont care if they are pretty, i must have killed about 50 of them.
My water always worked, so I can't say anything about that.
I agree totally with where the trash room is. I'm trying to clean and fold and sort my clothes, does it really need to be in the same room as everyone's garbage?
I guarantee your building smelling bad is from Indian families. I have nothing against Indian folks, and I know it's tradition for Indian families to live together (husband and wife live with husband's parents, etc...) but their cooking really stinks up the buildings. All they ever cook is curry and it can just dominate the hallway. But, I guess if we lived in an apartment in India they might complain that the hallway always smells like hamburgers and hot dogs!
Sorry about the "dirtbags" living there. I never lived around any shady types, but in a 900 unit complex there's bound to be some sketchy characters.
Agreed also about the kids. Each Indian family in the complex seems to have 4 or 5 kids for some reason, and they like to be really really loud and leave their toys all over the place. But hey, they're kids. They're supposed to be loud (I guess...)
But overall this is a very good review!

If you lived in India it wouldnt smell of burgers or curry. The ventilation is awesome out there thanks to the nice weather. Building have effective filter systems and ventilators(1.e. a small rectangle cut near the roof that sucks out stale and smelly air from inside. The problem here is that everything is closed up and there is no way for any smell or stale air to escape out of the building. Despite being an Indian myself i dread when I have to cook thanks to these highly closed up non-ventilated apartments.

This place sucks ----. I've lived here for over 2 years and the noise level is outta control. This place allows Section 8 tenants from neighboring Lowell. Can't wait to ----in leave this hole.

It is incredibly noisy.
The fire dept drives by on rte.3 every half an hour, day in day out, and they love to sound the sirens and klaxons.
The upstairs neighbours seem to have lead boots on whilst performing the Trondheimer Hammerdance, sometimes to the beat of heavy metal, rock, or the surround sound from their subwoofer-happy war movies.
Laundry is expensive, and there are only two washers for the whole building.
The apartment complex charges you extra for gas, even when you've had to keep the windows open due to the downstairs neighbours' heat roasting your apartment.
