I've lived here for almost a year and I've really enjoyed it so far. The apartment complex is in a great location - Market Basket is right across the street, and the Everett is right there - so easy to hop on and go north or south. Very easy to get anywhere!

The apartment size (two bedroom) is WONDERFUL. The livingroom is so big, I don't know what to do with half the space. I really like the kitchen window into the livingroom as well, opens up the place. Not enough counter space, but there's a dining room! The main bedroom is very spacious with a BIG closet. The second bedroom was turned into an office and is perfect. The bathrooms are decent.

We do have a bug problem though. We're on the first floor and have noticed tiny ants coming in from under the carpet into the kitchen. This is probably a first floor problem only. We've had the exterminator come four times now and it only seemed to help for a couple weeks. This was mostly a problem in the winter. With the warmer months, it's less noticeable.
