It's pretty quiet here, clean. There is usually enough parking. The management takes care of the grounds and the pool. Whenever I need something fixed it only takes a day or two (emergancies are dealt with right away). They changed the laundry rooms...newer (much better!) machines, and they use the cards instead of quarters. I used to live at brook village...much better step up and it's so cheap for this area. I recommend it...
