I wish I was in a position to move out.

Be careful with these people.

In September my boyfriend and I moved in. In October we mailed our full rent payment.
They received the payment but left one of the checks in the envelope.
They then proceeded to put out a notice to quit on us.
Their rental agent then proceeded to neglect giving us our notice to quit.
In November we got a letter in our mailbox saying we were being evicted for non-payment of rent.
We received this notice on a Friday, and none of their offices are open over the weekend.
I cried for two days.
As my boyfriend and I were preparing to go down to Lowell and pay in person, the half of the rent they failed to see plus their late fee, one of their reps called up to say she found the other check. She "Apologized for the inconvenience."

This is our first apartment. We didn't need that additional stress.

Parking gets a one because birds crap all over half the parking lot.

It's me again.

Just putting in another note on my last month here...

Around the time I had posted the original message, the dishwasher fell out of the wall. It literally came out and landed on my foot.

This morning I was eating my cereal and I noticed a hole in the ceiling. There is a rodent in the attic chewing and scratching through the ceiling.

Do not ever live there. It is terrible.

Obviously you never reported anything to the office because you probably didn't want them in your apartment and then you do nothing but complain when you move out. I think it was you that had issues not Woodlands as I lived there and they were nothing but the best. You need to buy your own house...
