This is my first experience living in a big brick box style apartment. Moved in about 6 months ago, and I have mixed feelings about the place. Overall, I don't think the apartments are worth what you pay, but it is still a decent value compared to other apartment communities around Nashua. When I moved in, it was the cheapest place in the area to live. Here are my gripes about the place: The heat is poorly controlled and seems to always be on, the units are not very well soundproofed, (I can always hear the people above me speaking and watching TV), and my unit is very old and has pretty old appliances and VERY ugly bathroom fixtures. Another gripe is that the hallways always smell like a mixture of curry powder, dirty diapers, and marijuana smoke. Overall, It seems like this place would have been a great bargain back when it was first built in the 1950's, but now it is just a high priced no frills apartment building. On the positive side they do not require a lease, so it is a great place to live in the short term while you look for a better place to live! I wouldnt reccomend living here for more than a year.
