i recently went there and filled aout an application and paid the fee. I called about 3 hours later to ask that my application be caneled because I had found an apartment. The receptionisr claimed that I could not get it back because corporate had already pickd it up. The fee is to process the application and where there had been no work done on it yet it should have been refunded. I paid $50 to talk to this woman. I have lost all respect for this place.

highly recommend..office staff is very accomodating. maintenance is always there to help if need be. noise is minimal. safety is number 1. I live here and have no complaints. the snow is kept plowed this winter 2007-2008, the walkways are clear, the pool area was very clean over the summer of 2007, everyone is respectful.

That statement just can't be true and if it is - it is stated in the agreement they filled out.
