If you are caught doing anything wrong in the building or something they don't like they will turn you in to the office. Small children running above their apartment and out they went. Even thought the lady is very load and I can here every thing she says a mile a way, she should have been kicked out. They prop the fire door and nothing happens to them. But on the other hand I give them credit for complaining about the repairs. They keep calling till they get what they want... a little scratch in the floor and several calls later a new floor, but I wouldn't live in this building or any other if I had a choice.

Don't let one bad apple spoil you. I live here and have absolutely none of those problems.

if you have respect for your neighbors everything is great..this is a great place..the office is fantastic and so is the manager of the woodlands, he works hard and is always trying to accomodate people's needs.we just moved here six mos ago..the pool is fantastic, they maintain their buildings and parking lots and are alway improving things.
