floors are like paper thin you ban hear people above or below you sneeze!!! people leave garbage in hall for days in the heat of the summer

not true; if you want to scream and yell well yes they can hear you..and no one leaves garbage in the halls that is a bunch of bull..and if someone did all the other tenants would have to do is call the office and it would be taken care of...or ask your neighbor to take care of it..the halls are clean, vac'd and well taken care of.
