Cheney's leases are incredibly strict and staff is very -----retentive about "the rules." We got our car towed once because they "couldn't see the parking sticker," even though THEY were the ones who put the sticker on the car! They also insist that you will get towed if you don't move your car at the designated snowplowing time, but what happens is the entire building comes outside and shovels out their own cars hours before the plows bother to show up. Add in the fact that they are constantly posting "reminders" about "the rules" on tenants' doors and people start to wonder if they're actually still a 3 year old or if they're just being treated like one by Cheney.

If there were anywhere else to live in Newmarket, try there first, but Cheney owns most of the town, so if you want to live in Newmarket you have to play ball.
