WEll, much like the other reviews for this company, mine doesn't differ. WE are paying 800 for our apartment, which looked like a nice place when we rented it. Only living in it did we start to see the horrible things lurking. Our apartment was infested with Pharaoh Ants, which don't like sugar, they like water. This made us think. The entire building is rotting from the inside out. The mold all over our bedroom walls and moldings on the windows tipped us off as well. Weekly bleaching just put the problem at bay. The cable TV connection in the living room was faulty. The Media One worker told us the company needs to go in and re-cable. For four months the cable connection went out from the only working room, around the back of the apartment, and back in through another bedroom, leaving big gaps in the screens of our windows. When Cheney did nothing and it started to get cold out, I couldn't shut my windows. I called them again, they came, drilled a huge hole in the ceiling allowing the cable to come out of one bedroom, circle the perimeter of the living room and then go down to theTV. 800 dollars a month for a nightmare. They are overpriced and take the cheap way out!
