Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I have rented with Cheney for a year and have never had any trouble. The three times I've called for maintenance (a frozen pipe, a stuck window and a slow drain) they've come promptly and resolved the problem.
I think the rent is high for the size, so I'm moving to a Cherry Hill apartment with more space, but it's certainly not with any bitterness toward Cheney.
