My place on River St has great views and that is it. Otherwise it is nothing special, you get no luxuries with cheney company, just an apartment. No air conditioning, no paid utilities, no club house, etc. I moved here site unseen from across the US...would I have picked it if I had a chance to see it in person, no. The apartment itself is fine as is the maintence, it just seems a bit expensive for what you get. I am paying the same as I did in a major city downtown apartment, that included all of the extras. I vote bad value for the expense.
