Those who have written the "good" reviews more than likely work for the Cheney companies. The living situation was miserable and the moving out experience more than miserable. Be prepared to pay for the mold and mushrooms which will grow due to the excellent construction of Cheney buildings! Yeah that's your fault. Also if your washing machine hoses won't shut off and just keep gushing out water be prepared to wait 4-5 hours for someone to come over and "check it out"! The fleas, ants, towing, mold, and general filth/lack of maintenance you have to deal with is definately not worth $1000 a month. Buy a house, hell buy a shed and live in it and you'd be better off!

Try the apts behind Market Basket in Somersworth, much much much better and cheaper too!!!!
