I've not been here a full year yet, but thus far my complaints are minimal. I have to agree with some of the other postings about one of the mgrs being abrupt and not so eager to answer questions. I had not rented in many years, so many things were unfamiliar to me. The only service issues I have had is a dishwasher that would not work, and it was repaired once, and then replaced (both in a timely manner). I feel that the rent is a bit costly ($890 for what is called 2 bedrooms, but is more like 1.5), and the lack of laundry hookup in the apt is an annoyance. The snow removal is great, views of Piscassic are great, neighbors are wonderful and I always feel safe.
We'll see what happens when I try to renew. I never intended to see my hefty deposit, so I have hung loads of pictures, shelves, and even some wallpaper. I'll make the most of that $890 deposit!
