Oh my gosh! in the previous review they said they had to wait 5 hours for maintenance to come fix their washer! wow, that's a record in my book, comnpared to other places i have lived. five days or weeks was more like it. i'll bet they came to your apartment after they finished up whatever job they were already working at. whenever i have called them they have been 'johnny on the spot'. i don't mean immediately but within 24 hours except when my toilet overflowed one saturday night. they took a whole hour and fifteen minutes! the nerve...what else could they have wanted to do on a saturday night! : O are you sure the bugs and filth wasn't from your housekeeping. there is a woman in my hallway who has five cats and lets them out although she's not supposed to. i'm sure the cheney companies doesn't dump fleas at their doorstep just to infest the apartment for fun. i read the snow plow notices they posted which tell us when the cleanup will be and i MOVE MY CAR! i like having the lot cleared so that im not afraid of falling and if that means towing an idiots car then why not. why don't people take responsibility for their actions (or inaction or IDIOTNESS) anymore.

Yeah...this one definately works for Cheney. When you move into an apartment with flealess animals you expect them to stay that way, you expect the rugs to be cleaned properly prior to your arrival...especially when you specifically ask that they treat the apartment for fleas and they "promise" they will, you'd think maybe just maybe they would actually do what they say...then you move into a Cheney apartment (which of course was steam cleaned and painted prior to your arrival...hahahahaha) and boom...you are infested with fleas...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who's fault it is. Oh yeah and when your starter goes and you can't move your car one morning and you call them and tell them and they say "oh ok thanks for calling"...but they tow your car anway...we'll see how you feel about the Cheney company then. Oh..and one more thing, fungus doesn't grow on walls and windows because of poor housekeeping...it's actually from the poor construction of the buildings. You have some serious issues if you are truly enjoying your cheney experience. Good luck to you, I hope you are still enjoying wasting all your money.
