I have lived in a studio apartment for over a year and am very pleased so far. The office staff was very warm and friendly when I moved in. I moved here from NC and didn't know a soul so it was nice to be made so welcome. I have had the same experience with the maintenance staff. I have called a handful of maintenance requests in and most of them have been addressed promptly. Once I had to remind them but then they were right there. The building is quiet, the lots are well maintained. Overall, it has been a very pleasant place to live.
