The maintenance staff is WONDERFUL. Especially compared to other places I have lived, both in Newmarket and in Portsmouth! Ugh, those are horror stories for a comment for somewhere else! But I have found the Cheney Companies to be EXTREMELY personable, helpful, reliable, honest and sincere. They do what they say. My apartment is clean and quiet and peaceful. In fact, I am staying with them when I move into a two bedroom next month when my fiance and I are married.
