my other apartment in Portsmouth was way too small for what I paid. My apartment isn't that big but it is well maintained, quiet, and affordable. Maintenance is MUCH better than at my last place. They show up quickly and seem to want to actually fix the problem instead of just skirting around it. The Cheney Companies seem to be strict about some things, like parking, but overall they are polite and helpful. I enjoy living here and expect to stay for awhile.
