We lived in the Mead Hill apartments for about a year and a half (2005-2006). They offered an 18 month lease, but failed to tell us that even though we told them how long we expected to live there up front. Therefore, after our 12 month lease was up they raised our rent $155! That was a real killer to the pocket book. The management was merely okay. Not great, but not horrible. The apartments themselves are pretty nice... for apartments. They are newer, so they are still in pretty good shape. They were made with cheap materials though. On the bright side, the kitchen was HUGE. The living room, and bedrooms were all nicely sized as well. The appliances were great, mostly because they were new. The enormous basement storage room was a big plus too. I liked the security of being behind two locked doors. The parking was mediocre though. The spots are not assigned, so you may or may not have a spot near your apartment. There were times we had to create our own make believe spot because the lot was full... and it's a big lot too. The noise level could be pretty bad as well. We lived on the 3rd floor and I could hear the people below us walking around. Luckily we never had really noisey neighbors because that could have been hell. Overall I would reccommend these apartments. The square footage is hard to beat and compared to the competition they were by far the best we could find. Just remember your rent can skyrocket after your lease is up, so be prepared to either cough up more cash or move out! P.S. The town of Newmarket is GREAT! Loved the small town charm.

We have lived here for over a year now. Our rent has gone up but really not by much. About $35.00 a month. The management is the best I've ever dealt with and we never have a parking problem here. Maybe they worked out the kinks since then. They just built a new building and also added more parking with it as well...This is about the only thing I like about living here in New Hampshire is our home.
