I lived there for 8 months (yes I broke my lease but due to family issues I had going on). I liked it there...it was very big and clean. I never had any problems there. The only issue I had was a set of bad neighbors. I wasn't allowed to walk in my apartment without having a noise complaint smacked on me, which actually cracked me up. Their solution to it was to call the cops which was fine by me. So that was the only down side of living there...but the other neighbors were great. The only other thing was that it was a bit expensive. It was a nice apartment but for the amount you pay on rent you could be paying a morgage instead. Overall though I would recomment living there to people.

Disturbance of other residents is one of our primary concerns addressed with residents. We look at each individual occurrence and work with the residents to resolve it, especially in an instance like what is described in this post. We don't consider 'common' noise such as walking a 'disturbance'. We agree that the neighbor calling the police was a bit extreme. Not sure if this matter was brought to our attention but if it was, we might have suggested the resident remove his shoes after entering his apartment.
