We have been renting with Cheney for 5 years. We have had a few minor problems, but no major complaints. Our apartment was clean and well-maintained upon moving in. Cheney has since renovated our bathroom. Rents have increased from $550/month to a whopping $900, but that is consistent with the area. Maintenance concerns have been dealt with in a timely manner. Some crime, have had two car break-ins. Just don't leave anything in your car, and remember to lock! Neigbors are good and bad. Mostly single people or young couples, not many children. They need to do a better job of screening tenants. We had one set of neighbors who dragged a motorcycle (dripping gasoline) up two flights of stairs...then the people who beat each other moved in... It is a beautiful, quiet place to live and we've been very happy.
