I moved into my third story apartment in June,2009 and the view is intense. I have a dog as do many others and I find the $50 pet fee reasonable as well as the leash law. I have made nothing but friends and I find Tracy Cheney very easy to talk with if issues need resolve.
As with any environment such as this people are bored and some gripe about everything, I find it ironic that the complaints never come from my building or my closest tenants. I have made it a point to get to know all of my neighbors and I am very pleased with them. $1245.00 is a good deal when one considers the lawn upkeep, the snow removal and the huge Waste Management bill they must pay. I have the ultimate view, two full bathrooms, a step in closet, kitchen, huge basement storage, two full bedrooms, office/guitar studio, an outside deck and a spacious living room. I barbeque in the back frequently and I walk my dog on the miles of woodland trails that encompass the surroundings.
If that's not enough I have quick access to boat launches everywhere, good fishing and hunting, lots of parking space and beach bummin. Life is Good and I know a Good Deal when I get it. Did I mention the beautiful UNH Babes that play soccer in the parking lot' Yes we have Eye Candy!!
