My biggest complaint is the ants. They failed to tell me that for the last 10 years they have know the building 12 salmon street newmarket was infested. My other issues would have to be the carpet and bathroom tub. They say that they thought they could get one more use out of them. This is sick! You should see my carpet. The carpet pad is so filthy that no matter how many times I clean the rug they come back. As for the tub, we have holes in it and the paint is coming off the walls around the tub and bathroom. Oh ya and the bathroom floor puts off the oder of dried urine, and no it is not from us. It seems that the lanoleum has be comletly saterated and stained. I have even tryed soking the floor in bleach. I will let evryone know more as the lease goes on.
