You get what you pay for...

I have lived in Cherry Hill Apartments since August. This is my 6th apartment and third in New Hampshire. I have to say that the first two in the state were enough to make me skeptical and even debate whether to move into the apartment after reading some of the other reviews. However, based on the price, size and everything that comes with it, you cant get a better deal. You get to live in the seacoast area of NH in a fun town close to the Great Bay and Ocean. Cherry Hill is an affordable option for a great location. I have request a few repairs, even needing the fridge replaced, and the repairs were carried out within a few days. I agree with one of the other reviewers about the parking--there are many inconsiderate people. Also, UNH is close by and I would guess some apartments have more than the 2 car limit. Snow removal is done in a timely manner, the buildings are well maintained. I have to say though, I have yet to see the pond...there is a drainage ditch that one of the reviewers may be referring to, but definately no ducks. It is a clean apartment, ample closet and cabinet space, has additional storage unit, with a garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave and washer and dryer in the unit. Yes there is electric heat, but like the title says--you get what you pay for. I would definately recommend Cherry Hill to anyone as long as they know they are getting a basic apartment and great living conditions.
