Your comments, although succinct and almost clever, were incorrect.
I had nothing positive to say about Cheney, as our living conditions were horrendous (no hot water, mold, etc...) and plenty of good things to say about Cherry Hill (great paint job and new carpet, bright and spacious layout, good tenants, etc...). I rated it a 4, and said I'd recommend it to friends! No place is perfect though, and an unnecessarily intrusive rental office employee, inconveniently located garbage compacter, and sometimes not-proactive maintenance (no porch light') are all valid negatives.
Judging from your reply, which makes obvious how personally you took my post(s), you're either an employee, have too much time on your hands because you didn't post to rate an apartment, or both. If you are a tenant, you should respect the varying experiences many tenants have of the same apartment, and get a hobby. If you are an employee, I'm sure your time would be better spent actually working.
I'd love to take your suggestion, because I'd much rather live in a trailer than throw my money away every month on rent for an apartment. So if you'd like to contribute to our down payment/savings account, we'll be happily out of apartments for good!
