I have been living at Cherry Hill for the past five years and the only reason I stayed so long was because of the professional management, safe living conditions and quiet surroundings. The management of Cherry Hill will not tolerate the rif-raf you commonly see at other large apartment complexes. Drug dealers, loud party goers and inconsiderate people beware, Cherry Hill Apartments are not for you!!! If there is anything negative written about the management at Cherry Hill it us probably because someone wasn't following their very simple rules and they were brought to task.

I have met many other professionals and families within Cherry Hill throughout the years and have always been impressed with the quality of people within the complex.

Most of the parking lots are well lit and the buildings are very secure. The crime rate appears to be low and children are often seen playing safely in the surrounding area.

My wife and I just spent the last three months in the intensive care nursery with our premie twins. The management of Cherry Hill, Scott and Gayle, made frequent calls to the hospital to see how we were doing and always wanting to know what they could do to help us! We were delighted to receive a donation of gifts to David's House (A home for families of children in the ICN) from Gayle, in appreciation of them taking care of us during our hospital stay! How in the world can you find better management than this' It's simple, YOU CAN'T!!!

I would highly recommend Cherry Hill to any responsible adults or families looking for a high quality place to live. We have had a wonderful experience living here and the past five years was definately worth every penny!!!
