I can't say enough about living at Cherry Hill. My Husband and I have been residents for over 5 years and refuse to consider living elsewhere. The management team has always been considerate, friendly and professional in dealing with us. Its is so nice to live in an apartment and not hear the neighbors, their screening process is excellent. Whenever there has been an issue with any piece of equipment in the apartment it is repaired in a timely manner. The rules and policies in place in the apartment complex are very simple, be considerate of others, and use common sense. As far as the snow plowing goes, I have no complaints, I've been able to get out and go to work and I do not have the expectation that the management is going to personally pay for or physically shovel out my car after the lot has been plowed. It has been nice to walk out and see that the walkways have been shoveled and sand has been put down. A pool is planned in the future and I am looking forward to the completion of that project, I'm sure it will be really nice. Its especially nice that we have designated cat and dog buildings so there are no pet issues. A nice touch on their part when the annual inspections come by they left us a nice candy with a note attached. Such a small gesture made us feel like we were appreciated. As far as the rental increases, they are minimal when you take a look around you. To have the conveniences we have in our apartment and the size of the apartment along with the environment around us, we couldn't ask for better. Did I mention the hardwood floors in the kitchen and dining room' If anyone is looking for a quiet comfortable apartment to call home I strongly recommend Cherry Hill. Scott and Gail are the best when it comes to property managers and I hope that they will be here for the remainder of our stay, which will be forever as far as I can see.
