Apartments are spacious and have a washer/dryer and dishwasher in them. Rent is affordable compared to surrounding towns. Management addresses any tenant complaints. The Maintenance man is very nice and helpful when needed.

Biggest frustration over the years has been snow removal. Times are assigned for each building to move their cars so that plows can come though and clear the lots. I have left the building with my car for hours longer than necessary and come home to find that the lot still has not been plowed. Part of the problem is that other tenants do not move their cars promptly. However, there is often only one small plow or snow remover for many large parking lots. There is really nowhere to park your car when the lots need to be plowed, so mornings after snowstorms become stressful, frustrating days instead of beautiful, relaxing ones.

Other problems I have had: the parking lot is often VERY dark- many burned out lights on the outside of the building are out and have not been fixed in quite some time. Even though this is a no smoking building, I frequently smell smoke coming from close apartments, particularly in the summer when I keep my porch door open (except for the screen).

Overall, I would recommend living in these apartments if you are looking for an affordable, decent place to live. I personally have had a positive experience with the management, although I have witnessed others who have had quite negative experiences. If you follow the rules you shouldn't have any problem.
