Cherry Hill is a great community to live in. Yes, there are rules, but they are reasonable and are what make the place liveable and almost everyone here agrees with the rules! If you want to live here, be prepared to comply -- both the management and the residents take an active role in enforcing the rules. Gayle is a great manager!

I have lived here for 1.5 years. The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. It will be even better later this year when the clubhouse opens. I like most of my neighbors, except for the noisy one, but noisy people are the exception rather than the rule here, and management tries to address noise and smoke complaints quickly.

Thank god for a smoke-free community!

So, if you want to live in a COMMUNITY, rather than just an apartment, consider Cherry Hill. And please don't stomp up and down the stairs!
