It is my advice to those considering moving to any apartment complex:

1. Take time to visit the properties in person. If it is permitted, sit in the parking lot for a bit to see what kind of noise, traffic, etc. occurs (both day time and evening).
2. When touring the property, stop residents you might see out and about for some first hand comments by those actually living there.
3. Ask the management about the Apt Ratings reviews to get the "other side of the tale" There always is one and Apt Ratings doesn't verify any content in messages posted here.

Maybe Apartment Ratings should demand all who comment put their names down instead of hiding behind "anonymous" unverifiable commentary.
