I have lived here for 10 years and have been very happy. The price of my apartment is very reasonable (some improvements outside would be nice my building looks tattered but inside it is lovely).
There are many apartments here and I am sure everyone has problems but the managers are fair and concerned. It is so peaceful and natural here and worry free they take care of the plowing, trash, leaks, plumbing taxes and all the other things I dont worry or think about. Even a house has problems but if you want an apartment haven this is your place.
