We moved out of Cherry Hill this Spring to move into our new condo about a mile up the road. We just got our security deposit return and were very happy to see that we recived basially all of our security deposit back. We had heard a lot of stories about landlords charging alot of deductions for phantom problems but thet did not happen to us.

We lived at Cherry Hill for almost six years and during that time we found the managment and maintenance staff to be attentive and helpful. If you want a quiet, clean and affordable place to live then you should be happy at Cherry Hill.
